Quality Assurance & Testing

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for SFMC and Data Cloud implementations.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various Salesforce modules
• including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure platform stability.
• Validate data integrations and transformations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems.

Platform Expertise

• Collaborate with developers and architects to understand platform configurations and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Review and test Ampscript, SQL queries, and automation scripts used in SFMC.

Process Optimization

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on platform enhancements and new features from a QA Perspective.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Ampscript, and scripting languages.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., SFMC Specialist, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

• Developed and maintained automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
