Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation & Outreach)
Roles and Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation & Outreach) will play a critical role in fueling Fission Labs & growth by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients. This role requires exceptional research abilities to locate target companies and decision-makers who align with our ideal client profile. The ideal candidate will leverage their research, crafting persuasive outreach messages, and expertly conveying Fission Labs & value proposition during cold calls.
Qualifications Required
Essential:
Bachelor & degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales research, or a related role in a mid-size software development services company.
Familiarity with technology-related services (Application development, data engineering, AI-ML-based solutions, QA, etc.)
Highly proficient in using various research tools and platforms (LinkedIn, company databases, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the creation of persuasive messages.
Strong active listening and rapport-building abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Desired:
Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
A knack for quickly understanding complex technical concepts

Target Company and Decision-maker Research:
Proactively research and identify companies that fit Fission Labs & ideal client profile.
Utilize various research channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites) to gather in-depth information about potential clients,
including their business needs, challenges, and key decision-makers.
Skillfully extract and maintain accurate contact details for relevant personnel within target companies.
Persuasive Outreach Message Development:
Develop compelling and customized email and cold-calling scripts that articulate the potential value proposition of Fission Labs' services.
Align messaging with pain points identified through research to demonstrate an understanding of prospect needs.
Continuously refine outreach messages for optimal effectiveness.
Targeted Cold Calling and Initial Relationship Building:
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone to introduce Fission Labs and explore potential synergies.
Tailor cold call conversations based on research findings to highlight Fission Labs & relevant expertise.
Qualify leads and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide high-quality leads and support further sales efforts.
Maintain detailed records and reports on lead generation activities, including outreach, conversations, and outcomes.
